By using or registering for the Services (defined below), you are agreeing electronically to the following terms and conditions (the "terms of service"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the WiseStepp.com service indicates your acceptance of the amended User Agreement.

1. Service
WiseStepp.com is a service offered to allow professionals connect with each other, exchange knowledge, ideas, opportunities and any other service that the site may propose to offer in the future (“Services”). The information provided on this web site includes, but is not limited to, the services provided by WiseStepp or its affiliate companies and websites and we do not render any advice, certifications, guarantees or warranties relating to the Services.
WiseStepp.com cannot be held accountable for any advice, knowledge, connection, opportunity or representation provided by any other member on WiseStepp.com

2. Eligible users
The WiseStepp.com service is available to all users to except those suspended or removed from the system by WiseStepp.com. Members may not have more than one active account without our written consent. Wisestepp.com may choose to restrict users from certain jurisdictions, countries, states or any other criteria at its sole discretion. All users who are eligible to open a bank account are eligible to become a member at WiseStepp.com.

3. Purpose
Your use of the Services is governed by this agreement. WiseStepp.com may refuse service or suspend your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge. If you knowingly provide your login and password information to another person, your account privileges may be suspended temporarily or terminated. You agree to immediately notify WiseStepp.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. WiseStepp.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Access to service and obligations
You understand and agree not to use WiseStepp.com to:

a. Publish content, initiate communications or emails or solicitations that are unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

b. For any illegal purpose, including but not limited to conspiring to violate any laws.

c. Falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym, or misrepresenting your current or previous positions and qualifications, or your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present.

d. Publish, write emails or messages, transmit or otherwise make available any content or initiate communications which include information that you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

e. Directly or indirectly breach the terms of an employment contract or any other contract executed by you.

f. Publish, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or initiate communication that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.

g. Publish, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, unsolicited mail and emails, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation. This prohibition includes but is not limited to

h. using WiseStepp.com invitations to send messages to people who don’t know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact;

i. (b) using WiseStepp.com to connect to people who don’t know you and then sending unsolicited promotional messages to those direct connections without their permission; and
ii. (c) sending messages to distribution lists, newsgroup aliases, or group aliases.

i. Publish, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

j. Stalk or harass anyone.

k. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Services.

l. Post content in fields that aren’t intended for that content. Example: putting an address in a name or title field

m. Interfere with or attempt to interfere or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services.

n. use of manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to crawl or spider any web pages contained in the WiseStepp.com website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to monitor or copy, or allow others to monitor or copy, our web pages or the content included herein. You also agree not to frame or otherwise simulate the appearance or function of this website. Furthermore, you agree not to take any action that interferes with the proper working of or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to unsolicited communications, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or transmission or activation of computer viruses.
Recognizing the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.


5. Other services

5.1 . WiseStepp.com does not allow any user to post content or articles that directly or indirectly are against any cast, religion, creed or sex or which involves racial discrimination, articles which directly or indirectly infringe this prohibition will be removed and the accounts of those users will be suspended and any pending referral rewards forfeited. WiseStepp.com reserves the right to take any other action that may be necessary and may be exercised at the discretion of WiseStepp.com.

5.2 You can post job openings in your company, free of cost or for a fee Job openings can only be uploaded in the recruiters section of the website. In uploading jobs the site may require you to enter details, open a new account and agree to a separate terms and conditions. You can also refer jobs posted by other users to your friends and network members. In case of referring a job posted by a company the referrer will be entitled to a part of the referral amount (if any) entirely at the discretion of WiseStepp.com.

5.3 WiseStepp.com referral rewards is a process that allows WiseStepp.com members to refer each other job opportunities posted on the site by companies. The referral rewards business process includes financial or non financial awards that are distributed when a person who is referred for a sponsored job (hereinafter, the "candidate") is hired by the company which has posted the job. Awards are given to

(a) the member who referred the sponsored job to the candidate (hereinafter, the "referrer"), and

(c) Referral rewards are mentioned against for individually posted jobs, not all jobs may have referral rewards

(d) Referral rewards will be payable only after the hired candidate completes a specific period as determined by WiseStepp.com in the company who has posted the job.

5.4 For specific jobs, WiseStepp.com may declare a sign-on bonus for the candidates applying via wisestepp.com. The sign-on bonus will be payable on successful placement of the candidate. The candidate must inform WiseStepp.com about the placement terms and conditions. The exact amount of sign-on reward will depend on the candidate’s salary.

5.5 Members can refer themselves for positions if they consider themselves to be eligible based on the critieria laid out in the job details uploaded on the website. In case of a successful placement, members will be eligible for the referral reward or the sign on bonus whichever is higher

5.6 WiseStepp.com can ask for a refund of monies from the “referrer” if it is determined at a later date that there has been any misrepresentation or manipulation of the process and fraudulent activities by the referrer and that the referral reward should not have been paid in the first instance for whatever reason.

5.7 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WISESTEPP.COM SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE UNDER CONTRACT, STATUTE, REGULATION, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR LAW FOR PROCEDURAL OR OTHER LAPSES THAT LEAD TO WRONG INVOICING, INCORRECT IDENTIFICATION OF REFERRAL FEE DUE, PAYMENT COLLECTION, PAYMENT RELEASE, OTHERWISE THAN AS A RESULT OF ITS FRAUD OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

5.8 The referral rewards are given entirely at the discretion of WiseStepp.com; WiseStepp.com will not be liable to pay any reward to the concerned person in case the listed company fails to make the payment to WiseStepp.com.

5.9 You agree to bear sole responsibility for any banking charges. You agree that the referral rewards received by you will be reduced to reflect any banking charges that WiseStepp.com may be required to pay in the course of making any such payment to you.

5.10 You agree that the referral received by you will be reduced to reflect any service tax, VAT, witholding tax , or any other Tax Deducted at source or any such tax as applicable for the country in which we are operating.

5.11 Monetary Referral rewards will not be paid in cash and will only be paid to individuals in whose name the account is registered on the website. The company in cases of monetary rewards payments may also ask members for details like residence address, correspondence address and any other bank details to enable it to complete the payment of referral rewards. The company reserves the right to refuse payment if these details are not shared with the company.

5.12 WiseStepp.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided by it in connection with the Services is accurate at the time of its inclusion however there may be errors, inaccuracies or omissions in respect of such information. If you are aware of any inaccuracies please contact us: support@WiseStepp.com. WiseStepp.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs, resumes or user profiles posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings or any user content and makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or user content on www.WiseStepp.com and expressly excludes any such liability under these terms. It is the responsibility of candidates to determine these in their interactions with the representatives of the company posting the job and assess its suitability to them.

5.13 WiseStepp.com reserves the right to review all applications made by a candidate and declining any application it deems unsuitable to the needs of the companies or clients advertising or posting jobs on the website

5.14 WiseStepp.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a user from WiseStepp.com shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

5.15 OTHER THAN SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WISESTEPP.COM IS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE FOR: ANY LOSSES OR COSTS SUCH AS LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY LOSSES WHICH ARE NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE BY US INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION. DAMAGE OR LOSS THAT IN ANY WAY MAY ARISE OR RESULT DUE TO:
• ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN RECRUITER- RECRUITER, RECRUITER- CANDIDATE, CANDIDATE – CANDIDATE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR FROM
• RISK OF PHYSICAL HARM, OF DEALING WITH STRANGERS, FOREIGN NATIONALS, UNDERAGE PERSONS OR PEOPLE ACTING UNDER FALSE INFORMATION.
• ANY INACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF WISESTEPP.COM

5.16 In the event that you are engaged upon a job then you must advise WiseStepp.com and the referrer that you have been successful and confirm the band into which your basic salary falls prior to the commencement of the company sponsored job.

5.17 In the course of providing you services, WiseStepp.com may need to communicate with you via email (see our privacy policy to learn more about communications). You agree to receive emails which are specific to your account and necessary for the normal functioning of the Services, including a series of welcome emails which help inform new users about various features of the Services. You also agree to have your name and/or email address listed in the header of certain communications which you initiate through the Services.

6. Security

6.1 in the course of using the Services, users may provide information about themselves which may be visible to certain other users (see our privacy policy to learn more about information collected on this website). You understand that by posting materials on the WiseStepp.com website or otherwise providing materials to WiseStepp.com, you are granting to WiseStepp.com a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use this information in the course of offering the Services. Furthermore, you understand that WiseStepp.com retains the right to reformat, excerpt, or translate any materials submitted by you. You understand that all information publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Services is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated and that WiseStepp.com will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any content. You understand that WiseStepp.com cannot guarantee the identity of any other users with whom you may interact in the course of using the Services. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any data which users may provide about themselves or relationships they may describe.

6.2 While we have the right to monitor activity and content associated with the Services, we are not obligated to do so. And since we do not, and may not have the ability to, control or actively monitor content we dont guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality. Because community standards vary and individuals sometimes choose not to comply with our policies and practices, in the process of using our website, you may be exposed to content that you find offensive or objectionable.

7. Charges
Signing up for a basic WiseStepp.com account is free. Certain other services are provided for free only to beta users. WiseStepp.com reserves the right to charge for the Services or any portion thereof, modify the pricing of, add to, or discontinue the Services or any portion thereof without prior notice.

8. Indemnity

8.1 By accepting this terms of service, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless, WiseStepp.com , its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from
- your use of the Services;
- unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications with or through the Services, or

NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WISESTEPP.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:-
a) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
b) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE,
c) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE,
d) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND
e) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
Any material obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the usage of any such material.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from WiseStepp.com or through or from the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this user agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

14. Termination

You agree that WiseStepp.com may, with or without cause, immediately terminate your WiseStepp.com account and access to the Services without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, the following will lead to a termination by WiseStepp.com of a users use of the Services

14.1 breaches or violations of this terms of service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines,
14.2 requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,
14.3 a request by you (self-initiated account deletions),
14.4 unexpected technical issues or problems, and
14.5 extended periods of inactivity.
Termination of your WiseStepp.com account includes removal of access to all offerings within the Services and may also bar you from further use of the Services. Furthermore, you agree that all terminations shall be made in WiseStepp.coms sole discretion and that WiseStepp.com shall not be liable to you nor any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the Services.

15. Governing law
All legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in St. Louis, Mauritius and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius and you agree to resolve the disputes under the arbitration and conciliation act. The venue for such arbitration shall be at St. Louis, Mauritius

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire agreement: the terms of service constitutes the entire agreement between you and WiseStepp.com and governs your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and WiseStepp.com.
16.2 Severability: any provision of this agreement which is invalid, prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall: (i) be ineffective in that jurisdiction to the extent of the invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability; (ii) not invalidate the remaining provisions of this agreement; and (iii) not affect the validity of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
16.3 Relationship: this agreement or your use of this website does not constitute any joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and WiseStepp.com.
16.4 Assignment: WiseStepp.com may assign this agreement at any time without notice to you. You may not assign this agreement to any one else.
16.5 General information: WiseStepp.com, the WiseStepp.com logo, and other WiseStepp.com logos and names are trademarks of WiseStepp.com. You agree not to display or use these trademarks in any manner without WiseStepp.coms prior, written permission.
