Job Description
This role is envisaged to provide expertise in the area of Human Resource domain (horizontal / vertical) and will have the following responsibilities

· Help the Sales team in client meetings

· Conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs and participate in yellow pad sessions

· Conduct roadshows, lead analyst and sourcing advisor interactions

· Receive all RFP/RFI from clients in UK and work with the Solutions Design & Implementation (SDI) group in India in creating winning proposals

· Program manage On site Transitions with the designated Transition Manager and Head SDI

· Provide market input and domain related developments to offshore SDI team

· Help sell solutions proactively

· Generate and communicate Thought Leadership

· Provide oversight to Discovery projects

· Own the horizontal sales and deal margin target and assist Sales team to achieve and exceed horizontal sales targets
Responsibilities
The key metrics would be

· Revenue

o Realization of assigned revenue target and closing deals with the targeted deal margins

o Number of RFP wins

· Contribution to Solution Design

o Market intelligence

o Discovery oversight

o Structure and drive solution walkthroughs / yellow pads

o Architect and conduct consultative workshops

o Anchoring key pursuits & be the client face

o Face off with solutions consulting in pursuit discussions

o Transition program management

· Thought Leadership & Marketing

o Number of white papers

o Number of sourcing advisor, analyst interactions

o Number of speaking events

· Others

o Quality: presentation content and form, 3rd party interaction, deliverables

o Practice development: hiring, solutions etc
