Job Description
The company is launching a Real Estate fund and is looking for somebody who can head the fund.
The incumbent will be responsible for
• Investor Road-shows and fund raising activities
• Key decision maker in the investment committee
• Building and managing a team of investment professionals
• Full transaction cycle: Deal origination; Valuation, Structuring and closure of the deal
• Managing relationships with developers and promoters
• Asset management and Exit

Preferred Experience
• 10+ years of experience with an Investment Bank, PE fund, with at least 4 years of experience in Real Estate segment.
• Very good understanding of Real Estate segment in India.
• Track record of deal origination & execution in real estate segment.
• Ability to manage relationships with promoters, developers, banks etc
• Ability to manage and motivate team of associates
• Capabilities to originate deals
• Track record of excellent academic performance, with an MBA/CA
